1. Agreement to terms
These Terms and Conditions form an agreement between you, personally or for a dental practice or entity, and DentalxSolutions regarding use of this website and our on-site dental equipment engineering and IT support services.
2. Services and call-outs
We provide independent diagnostics, routine servicing, examinations and IT infrastructure support for dental imaging equipment. Bookings made through the website, phone or email are subject to availability and formal dispatch confirmation.
3. Practice responsibilities and access
The client agrees to provide safe and unhindered access to relevant equipment, rooms, local IT systems and authorised credentials needed to carry out agreed work.
4. Payment and invoicing
Invoices for call-outs, parts, labour and maintenance are issued on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Standard payment terms are 30 days from invoice. Late payments may be subject to statutory interest under applicable commercial debt legislation.
5. Regulatory compliance and radiation safety
Applicable imaging examinations, QA checks and handovers will be approached under relevant UK statutory frameworks. The client remains the Radiation Employer responsible for local rules, risk assessments, appointments and governance within its practice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, DentalxSolutions is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential business loss, including downtime or lost revenue, arising from pre-existing failure or component obsolescence.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
